  • The villa Ridi was a beautiful Oasis. Could do with a little update of curtains and bed canopy, but overall a relaxing stay. Outdoor area and private pool was a godsend in the Bali heat and we definitely got our moneys worth. The resort is not really close to anything so would suggest you organise day tours at least every… read more

We booked the hotel for 5 nights. When we arrived they upgraded us from 2 deluxe rooms to 1 villa with private swimming pool what was really nice. • The property is amazing along with its location. The whole place gives a feel of living in a Balinese house. We had a Villa with private pool and the infrastructure was pretty good. The outside pool area and hotel amenities are also amazing. The only problem is with the finesse which is completely missing. The staff though very courteous, do not focus on small details about cleanliness and what the customer would need. Also language problem is a huge barrier. This hotel though not bad but can be far much better if these small things are taken care of read more

I booked a pool room villa. We had a wonderful stay, the room was private, next to the river and so many beautiful birds and insects in the garden. The room was a good size and the bed was huge. The air-conditioning was nice and cold. The hot water was a bit hit and miss. The plunge pool was beautiful and did miss the privacy of our own pool in the next place we stayed. The staff were lovely, the restaurant had a small menu, but the serving size was adequate. They provide a free shuttle to Ubud which gives you some good shopping time and visit the monkeys. Overall this was a memorable stay and would highly recommend it to anyone read more

  • The hotel is excellent very quite very friendly and helpful. Price for the hotel is very cheap for what they offer Everything is clean gardens very well maintained pool has no slime whatsoever. Rooms are basic but very pleasing with upstairs bedrooms an downstairs living area an kitchen. I was really really surprised there are no bugs trying too annoy you considering the rain-forest kinda surrounds this is a major tick in the box from me. In house Internet was very fast. This kinda place is properly best suited for couples that want a quite getaway. You need too relax so don’t expect McDonald’s fast service from the restaurant enjoy swim relax read more

Being regular traveller to Bali on Business we were very happy to discover Alam Puri. The hotel is in a beautiful serene setting. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. It’s not perfect though. There are minor maintenance and cleanliness issues, but we have found this to be the norm in all of the places we have stayed in Asia. None of these issues was a serious problem or stress. The location is central between Ubud and Denpasar. For us this is very convenient. We tried to extend our stay but they have full occupancy. We have not found a better value hotel in Bali. We loved it and definitely will return read more
